Set one up to do DHCP based on 192.168.2.x (or even 10.1.0.x just to make it really different) Then give all the student wifi routers static ip's of the 192.168.2.1 , 2, 3, etc. Any Wifi that I wanted Teachers to access the network say the teachers lounge I would give the 192.168.1.x

Yes that is one option. There are various ways to do what you want to. You can have two NICs on a single router and the router has link failover where one NIC with ISP1 cable connected to it is the primary and if the connection goes down a different NIC with ISP2 cable connected to it takes over.
Aug 15, 2016 · When I set the Border Router up with IP 10.10.1.1, the LAN set up the IPs for the DHCP Server from 10.10.1.2 to 10.10.1.254. Seems like this is the correct thing to do. Setup the vonage router as normal with DHCP (192.168.1.1, 255.255.255.0, DHCP range 192.168.1.100). Setup 4 port Wireless router as a switch and not a router by assigning it an IP within the subnet of the Vonage router, in this case 192.168.1.25 and turn off DHCP on the wireless router.
