I purchased the s9+ unlocked from best buy. I was with Verzion at that time. A wifi calling setting was no where on the phone. There was also no visual voicemail. I made the switch to tmobile last week and as soon as i put the sim card in i got a wifi calling notification an the option is now there. I also have tmobile visual voicemail.

If you fall out of wifi range, it will automatically switch you back to the cell network. However, if your talking to someone through wifi calling and then walk out of wifi range, your call will drop.
If your phone's an iPhone, the feature should work. If it's an Android, check Sky's latest supported device list here, because our own testing found if your phone's not on there, the WiFi calling feature genuinely won't work.
